Invitations pause until you switch to Team. Existing members keep working. On Team, every active seat is billed, not only the ones beyond five.
USD. Team is billed monthly or annually by card from the Enterprise console. Enterprise is an annual invoice with a 25-seat minimum. Local-currency amounts are shown for reference only.
